Step out of the noise and into the soft glow for a slow and juicy dance-movement practice. This gentle session invites you to slow down as we allow movement to naturally emerge from a place of stillness.

Through mindful, intuitive dance and deep relaxation techniques, you will soothe your nervous system, release stored tension, and ground your awareness in the present moment. A meditative fluid dance, this practice is a sanctuary for your mind and body to recalibrate, rest, and return to the zero space.
